Dr. William Lee (PhD,. D.R.E., D.P.C (Hons.),. D-C.P.C., O.P.C., C.M.C., G.P.P.
Dr. William Lee is the President of Victory World Impact Ministries, in Toronto, Ontario Canada, a Multicultural Church of 31 Nationalities.
He is the President of Victory World Impact Ministries Bible College, and Victory Counseling Clinic, as well as Dean of the California State Christian University in the USA.
Dr. Lee has been in ministry for over twenty years. He has planted a number of churches and spearheaded a number of outreach ventures Canada and overseas
He teaches the Word of God in a simple and practical manner.
Pastor Jennifer Lee, Co-Pastor
Jennifer Lee (D.C.C., C.P.C, G.P.P.)
Jennifer Lee is an inspirational women of God who leads with wisdom and grace. A minister of the Gospel and an insightful conference speaker who demonstrates God’s love to others.
She has ministered at various conferences throughout the GTA and has impacted the lives of many. Her love for God is clearly evident throughout her teachings.
Jennifer holds an earned Doctorate degree in Christian Counselling and a Masters Degree in Religious Studies. She is a registered member with the Canadian Christian Counsellor Association.
Pastor Alicia Wright-DaCosta, Operations Pastor
Alicia Wright-DaCosta (B.A.S. Gen., Cert mgmnt)
Pastor Alicia Wright-DaCosta is a graduate of York University Toronto Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies General and Certification Management development. She is presently an Associate Pastor at Victory World Impact Ministries. She is an international Public Speaker, Lecturer, Project Developer and Humanitarian.
