Children’s Ministry

At VWIM we believe that children are a heritage from the Lord. In Matthew 18:1-5, Jesus declared that “whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me”. Our Sunday School teachers use powerful anointed and practical Bible lessons to instill in our children that a powerful and positive relationship with Jesus is the greatest gift that they will ever enjoy in their entire life.

Since our official launch, in March 2001, we have experienced tremendous growth in the Sunday School Department. Our goals for the children are in line with the church’s vision – Reach, Teach and Mobilize as we provide for their intellectual, spiritual, physical, social and emotional needs.

The development of our Children’s Choir has been a joy to witness as they consistently bless the congregation with their amazing renditions, and successful concerts. Each member of the children’s choir is taught self discipline, punctuality and responsibility. Every child is a star and is given opportunity to shine for the glory of God
